At Brookside Cottages Vacation Rentals, each of our two Cottages offers 625 square feet of living space. They are one bedroom, one bathroom craftsman-style apartments with a sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four guests. We are located on the valley floor only a little over one mile to downtown Waynesville and convenient to grocery stores, gas stations and many of the local restaurants. Our location also provides easy access, even in the winter months, with no winding mountain roads or steep driveway to navigate. Our Cottages also offer fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, stack-stone gas fireplaces, 50" smart TV's and high speed WiFi. You'll enjoy mountain views from the front porch and the sounds of a babbling brook as well. Come for the scenery, stay for the adventure! |
